PROVEN 9-FOOT PICKUP

The Gehl 2109 Windrow Merger is designed with a proven 9-foot pickup, which lifts crop with a gentle sweeping motion onto the wide belt conveyor. The pickup includes the same excellent features as the popular Gehl 1240 Forage Harvester Hay Head, such as:

• 5-bar reel-style pickup with dual cams
• Ball-bearing construction throughout

BELT CROSS-CONVEYOR

Gently deliver the crop from the pickup to the windrow with the wide belt cross-conveyor.

Belt tracking guide is on the high side of the cross-conveyor, to allow material to escape rather than to accumulate and wrap on the rolls. A scraper keeps the roll clean.

TRACTOR MOUNTED CONTROL BOX

Standard with all Gehl 2109 Windrow Mergers, the control box is used to control the hydraulic motors, raise and lower the pickup, and swing the tongue. Options are also operated using the tractor-mounted control box.
